Wurkkos H1 Powerbank

I recently found myself with a large supply of 217001 Li-ion cells and no specific application in mind. I figured that you would probably be able to use them to charge a phone in some capacity so I went looking for a power bank that had a user-replaceable battery. I didn’t come across many options.
